Hello makeup lovers! Recently I bought Natasha Denona Eyeshadow Palette 5 no. 8 and 10. I have to admit that this eye shadows have an insane pigmentation, the colors are beautiful and most of them are shimmering.

Natasha recommends applying her eye shadows with a synthetic fluffy brush, so I tried various brushes. The best one for me to apply the eye shadows is the blending brush from Charlotte Tilbury. For an intense color on the lid apply the shadows with your finger. This way the fallout is less and you get an intense look.

Also, for blending the colors use the same fluffy brush like the one from Charlotte Tilbury. I don't no why, but on one eye the mat shadow became patchy while blending. And I have to admit I am not that fancy about her mat eye shadows. Maybe was because of the primer I used or...I don't know.... I'll give it another try with a different primer and let you know. As a primer I used Mac Paintpot.

If you have dry skin on your eyelids the shadows go perfectly even without primer and they don't crease all day long. One or two swipes and your done :). But be careful 'cause there is a great fallout. I advice you to tap really well your brush after picking up the shadow.

For the glittery shadows I recommend you to use your finger. The brush will only make a mass on your lid and especially under your eye. I think the sparkle shadows were designed to be applied with finger and not with brush. I have to admit, though I never tried to apply the glittery shadow with a wet brush.

Have you tried any new eye shadows? I would love to know your opinion and your recommendations.
